The ultimate authority in the church is that of a Father in his own household,
Deu 5:16. We, being adopted into the family of God, are the sons of God,
Rom 8:14-16. The very fact that it is necessary to be adopted by the
Father, shows that He did not personally create us. All physical
things on this earth, including we ourselves, were created by Christ, Joh
1:3, Joh 1:10 (see article THE COVENANTS) for this reason Christ is
also called the everlasting Father Isaiah 9:6. Yet, Christ is called, the
ONLY begotten son Joh 1:14, of the Father. Therefore Christ has full authority
over us as the Creator Father, and His Father has full authority over
Christ, as the begetting Father. Now, Christ's Father also has authority
over us as our adoptive Father. There is no confusion in this, for
Christ said, I and my Father are one Joh 14:10 and Joh 10:30. They are
UNITED IN ATTITUDE AND PURPOSE, for the Son LOVES AND OBEYS THE FATHER!
GOD THE FATHER and JESUS CHRIST constitute the ultimate authority in their
family, their church. In their family they place elders, like older brothers,
to help others. When we focus too much on these helpers and loose sight of our
Father, we run into trouble. Far too often satan is able to sow tares,
who, feigning righteousness, lead some astray. If we are all, always faithful
to our Father, and His commandments, we will be able to recognize any
counterfeit.
Today, far too many elders have lost sight of the words of our Lord, that the
greatest among us is he who is the greatest servant Mat 23:11-12. Instead
of helping us to focus on pleasing the Father, they try to focus us on
themselves. They are so jealous of their positions and so busy seeking
advantage for themselves that they have no time to really serve God and His
people. Truly, where the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered
Mat 24:28 (where the money is, thieves will gather). They do indeed love
titles and offices and save all the best for themselves while neglecting the
flock. MOST of the ministry and elders of the church today, fit the
description given in Mat 23 perfectly. It is time to REPENT gentlemen,
for judgement begins at the HOUSE OF GOD. And that judgement is now
imminent.
It is time to understand that SELF RIGHTEOUSNESS, IS DOING WHAT YOU THINK IS
RIGHT, but true GODLY RIGHTEOUSNESS IS DOING WHAT GOD SAYS IS
RIGHT! It's time to turn to God and to stop serving other men and your
own bellies. It's time for the COURAGE of Daniel to execute true
justice and the judgements of our God
Brothers, look to God, focus on Him, do His will, keep His commandments and
follow men, ONLY as you see them following our GREAT GOD.
Pyramids
Search the bible from cover to cover and you will not even see the word
pyramid mentioned. Pyramids are from EGYPT brethren, The tower of Babel
is universally understood to have been a ziggarut, a pyramid. From these
places, pyramids were built around the world as people migrated. Pyramids
were, observation platforms to cast horoscopes and observe the zodiac,
they were pagan temples soaked in the blood of their victims and in some cases
they were tombs for the dead. Pyramids REEK OF DEATH, there is
nothing Godly about them. The pyramid, IS NOT symbolic of Godly church
government. READ YOUR BIBLES. Gods government is a PATRIARCHY.
God is our FATHER, we are HIS CHILDREN! Christ and the body
of saints are likened to a GROOM and HIS BRIDE. The apostles called the
followers of Christ, brethren (brothers), for we are all children of the
same Father. We are told to call God FATHER. It's all about
FAMILY. THE FAMILY OF GOD!
God does things for a reason. He grants power to some, for a purpose.
Power is given to enable one to fulfill a responsibility. Power or authority,
without responsibility, is TYRANNY. Leaders in the church are given
power to SERVE others. To ENCOURAGE brethren, to PREACH true
Godliness, to SHOW others, by WORD and EXAMPLE, the Godly way to
live.
Oh, my friends, how have we gone so far astray. Because we have idolized
men and not served our God. It is a matter of emphasis. Are our
eyes focused upon our Father or are they focused upon men? Do we have
some, on such a high pedestal that we cannot see our God? The ministry
can be extremely helpful, teaching and encouraging and setting a proper
example. They can be a wonderful gift from God, but their job
is to point us toward God, not REPLACE HIM in our lives. Why should we
serve men and not love and serve our God? We must live by every word of
God Mat 4:4, for by the ETERNAL GOD will we be judged Mat 10:28. For it
is written, Thou shalt worship the LORD THY GOD, and HIM ONLY SHALT THOU SERVE
Mat 4:10.
The true AUTHORITY of the ministry, given by Jesus Christ, consists of going
into all the world and teaching all men to keep the commandments of God!
This includes teaching the BELIEVER and NON BELIEVER alike. Go ye
therefore and TEACH all nations, baptizing them in the name of the
Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit: Teaching them to observe all
things whatsoever I have commanded you: And, lo, I am with you always, even
unto the end of the world. Mat 28:19-20. Teaching WHAT? The same
thing that HE TAUGHT: to KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS! Mat 19:17. ALL converted
persons and ESPECIALLY the MINISTRY are to KEEP and TEACH all men to KEEP
the commandments of God! WHOSE commandments? NOT my commandments,
Not your commandments, NOT the commandments of ANY MAN, but the
COMMANDMENTS OF ALMIGHTY GOD! That is the function of
the Ministry and Church. That is the responsibility that God has given
US. That is the limit of our AUTHORITY. To TEACH ALL PEOPLE TO
KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS OF GOD! TO TEACH THE WORLD AND TO TEACH THE
CHURCH!
Absolutely NO authorty exists to add rules to God's law! TEACHING His
law is the extant and limit of any Church or Ministeriel Authority.
