Submission Guidelines:
Before submitting your website to the Link Exchange Directory, please review the following guidelines below to help increase the chances of your site being accepted.
The following sites will not be accepted:
Mirror pages,
Doorway pages / Pages created for SEO purposes,
Sites with dead links and/or missing images,
Sites still under construction,
Sites with only or mostly affiliate links or banners,
Made for Adsense (MFA) type sites,
Sites that redirect to another site,
Sites with duplicate content including ODP clones,
Sites lacking in content,
Sites that contain excessive ads, popups or popunders,
Sites that contain or promote sexual/pornographic content or images,
Sites that contain or promote hate, violence, racial Intolerance against any individual, group, or organization,
Sites that contain profanity,
Sites that contain warez/ hacking/cracking content,
Sites that contain illicit drugs/ drug paraphernalia,
Gambling/casino portals, guides, review sites, and affiliates.
We reserve the right to reject any submission for any reason, as well as to remove entries or move them to other categories at any time. We reserve the right to edit your submission's title and description and keywords.
Approved websites that are later found violating our submission guidelines will be removed. If you find any offensive pages listed in this Directory please report the URL and link information and we will remove the offensive listing immediately.
The paid option does not guarantee inclusion or that your listing will receive the site placement or description that you request. The final placement and listing details of all paid reviews will be determined by the reviewing editor. Submission for review acknowledges acceptance and agreement of our submission guidelines.
Submission Form Guidelines:
Non-English sites: MUST provide an English translation on the site. The submission form must be filled out in English.
Name Guidelines:
Official company/business name ONLY.
DO NOT use this field for stuffing keywords.
DO NOT USE ALL CAPITAL LETTERS or symbols.
Description Guidelines:
DO NOT Repeat the company/business Name.
Describe your services, products, or the content of your site in 1-2 sentences Max without using a sales pitch or a question. Avoid using words or phases such as "#1, the best, the cheapest, click here, visit us, etc.
DO NOT use this field for stuffing a keywords. If any keyword is repeated more than 2x's in your description it will be considered spamming and the submission will be rejected.
DO NOT USE ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
DO NOT use EXCESSIVE punctuation or exclamation marks.
DO NOT include ANY shipping information, phone numbers, prices, domain names, or URLS in your description.
URL Guidelines:
Submit your top level domain only.
DO NOT add individual pages of your website such as index.html, index.htm, home.html, main.html etc. in your URL. Your URL MUST end with com, net, org, ca, uk, etc. individual pages or sub-domains of your site will be rejected.
Category Guidelines:
Choose the most relevant category for your site. Choosing a wrong or broad category will result in rejection.
Email Guidelines:
Supplying an email address that does not match the email address listed on your website will result in rejection.
DO NOT use free web based email accounts such as Yahoo, Hotmail, GMAIL, MSN, Lycos etc. these will be rejected.
All submissions with invalid email addresses will be rejected without notice.
Your Submission will not be accepted:
if the entry is in all capital letters.
if every word is capitalized in the description..
if there are symbols, in the title or description.
if there is excessive punctuation marks in the title or description.
if there are keywords in the title.
if there is a long string of keywords instead of a description.
If the title is repeated in the description.
if anything to boost your sites listing is used.
if too many keywords are supplied.
Please Note - Due to the large volume of free submissions we receive, only submissions that follow ALL guidelines will be reviewed. We offer no guarantee that your free submission will be reviewed or accepted.
