what happens when the bible is declared hate speech

On this website you will find free online Bible study lessons and information on a wide range of Bible related topics written by various organizations and individuals to help in ones Christian walk. The intent is not to tell you what to believe, but to give you the information required in forming your own opinions, and to correctly make the right decisions.

Take Warning!

When a Christian walks in the foot steps of Christ they are accepting what can be a difficult and challenging experience in today's society. If you think it is all about accepting the Lord as your savior and then having this fuzzy feeling all over, you are gravely mistaken. Jesus taught that the true church would be a “little flock” (Luke 12:32), hated by the world (Matthew 10:22), and persecuted (Matthew 10:23) and that only a few would find the way to eternal life (Matthew 7:14; 20:16).

At what point does God's people defy "Caesar" and follow God? It is not that difficult to answer, when man's laws prevent us from observing God's laws.  We are commanded "Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching." (Hebrews 10:23-25) We need to ask ourselves, where do we stand as Christians, and what are we willing to risk in order to obey the Lord? We have been warned that the day is coming that we will not be able to feed the people and worship God together, well that day is here.

When walking the Christian walk and living the Christian life, you can expect to experience many tribulations of prejudice for your conviction, as Christ stated,

  • (John 15:20) "If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you."
  • (Acts 14:22) "... exhorting the disciples to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God."
  • (1 Peter 2:20-21) "What glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? But if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God. Hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow His steps."
  • (2 Timothy 3:12)  "All who will live Godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution."

The Christian life is about bearing a cross and enduring to the end of our redemption.

The noose around the neck of freedom continues to tighten as laws are introduced that will soon make it illegal to share the word of God as we know it. While there is time, there must be an urgent call for repentance, and to share the hope that God has given each of us.

Troubling times are upon us because most professing "Christians" have turned away from almost every form of biblical morality. How can Christians remain silent while evil increases around us? There is still a chance that we can regain this nation from the brink of collapse, and collapse is surely coming if things don't change. Make your voices heard above those of the deviants and Godless in society, VOTE! Lawmakers only care about themselves and getting reelected, let them know you will no longer be silent, get out and vote. This is only one of many ways to make a change, we need to get out and be heard, be louder than the fools around you. Those that tell you not to vote most certainly work for satan.

Is it too late to put off what's coming? Only God knows, but the consequences of not trying should have every Christian in the streets screaming for change.

For those who disobey, to the nations that mock God, there will come severe weather conditions, powerful earthquakes, disease epidemics, terrorism, and financial crisis. Increasingly our national has lost it's power and prestige, and chastisement and change are just ahead, yet the cry will be that these things are happening because of pollution from power stations a cars, a ploy to take ones eyes of the truth!

Please wake up! If only for your children and your grandchildren's sake.

These are the days of great trials, of famines, and the sword. Yet we are to be a voice in this darkness crying; Prepare for the return of the Lord!
